INDUSTRIAL AND WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT DIVISION 

The Industrial and Workforce Development Division includes departments of Architectural & Building Construction Technology, Engineering Technology, Transportation Technology, Advanced Manufacturing & Materials, and Horticulture & Bio-Agriculture Technology. Rapid growth of technology and material science in our region makes this an exciting time to be a part of WCC. The faculty have widely-varied technical interests, but share the common goal of educating the best engineering technologists possible. The division offers associate in applied science, diploma, and certificate degrees with a stimulating and friendly educational and critical thinking environment. 

A few of the many areas of study provided by the division include architectural technology, automotive systems technology, collision repair & refinishing technology, building construction technology, computer engineering, electronics engineering, heavy equipment and transportation technology, horticulture technology, industrial systems technology, and welding technology. Whether you are a high school student considering an engineering technology career, an industry employee interested in an advanced degree, or a member of the region simply interested in learning more about the Industrial and Workforce Development Division, our web pages are an excellent place to start.
